Shower and toilet area flows directly to kitchen without a door, so this space is best for a single person or partners who aren’t shy about bathroom noises. And tall people, be advised: knee walls leave limited head room on either side of loft apartment. Ramshackle neighbors but safe neighborhood!

Unique loft like space close to Broad Ripple. Very close Upland Brewery, and the new Indygo Redline. 5 minutes from the heart of many restaurants, bars, and the Monon Trail. Unit was completely renovated in 2016. The decor is modern and chic and gives you a big city feel while still maintaining the closeness of the small neighborhood.
