Enjoy a small, but polished bungalow built in the 1930s. 2 bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, fenced private yard, and great location to all things racing and Indy! 5 Short miles to downtown and a 15 minute drive to the convention center. 1 dog is welcome! You’re in close proximity to Lucas Oil, the Convention Center, and Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Murat, and many major hospitals are in a 10 mile radius.

Everyone loves our house! Modern, new, huge top deck, yard, and solar panels! Please note: we don’t allow parties, events, or animals at the house. Guests agree they promise to honor House Rules. Only booked guests can be at the house at any time. Monon trail is just 2 houses away. You could easily use one of those scooter thingies to get back from Mass Ave, or a $5 Uber, if you don’t want to drive.
