Our carriage house (built 2019) sits behind our historic home on the near eastside of Indianapolis. We curated the space with the modern traveler in mind- from the design to the local coffee and art. Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Quiet and relaxing 1 bedroom studio home with king bed. Only 18 minutes from downtown. Couch pulls out for added comfort, leg room and sleeping area. There is a fold out single cot and a fold out queen mattress available. Full kitchen, smart tv, washer/dryer, private security system and all the basics are all with this secluded home.

This is a wonderful, super comfortable, fully private space! Very modern, artsy and fun! In a fabulous historic home built in 1895. You will love it here! Check out all of the pictures - I try to show you all the details. There is ample parking right in front of the house on the street. Pets are allowed - for a $40 per stay fee.
