The Cozy Chalet boasts a large wrap around deck and beautiful landscaping easily accessed by 2 large sliding doors off the open floor plan. The wooded lot creates privacy to enjoy time with friends and family.

The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Tucked back away from the road, you will have a peaceful and relaxing evening with the wood burning fireplace, puzzles, games, books, bonfire pit, and a stylish interior including one full bath, one first floor bedroom, and a loft.
