We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

Entspannen und erholen, bei uns im wunderschönen Löwenberger Land. Die kleine Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für ein paar erholsame Tage braucht und lädt zum verweilen ein. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Im 4 km entfernten Ort Meseberg gibt es zwei Restaurants, es gibt dort den Dorfkrug und den Schlosswirt. Ein kleiner Spielplatz bei uns in Großmutz ist vorhanden

There is an elevator in the building so you don’t have to walk to the top. Of course you have your private bath room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is Wi-Fi !
