The private Self-contained cabin with comfy queen bed, sun-soaked deck off-street parking & just 5 min drive from Picton the gateway to the South Island. Centrally located to explore coastal drives, bush & bike tracks this holiday haven is a 5-10min walk to the Waikawa beach & boat ramp, 8 min drive to the ferry terminal 10 min walk to the Jolly Rodger (our local) making this the ideal place for a stop-over.

This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities

We have Water access to the inlet from the front of the property. You have private access , plenty of parking and have this space to yourself. Tranquil location set amongst beautiful established gardens with a serene outlook to picturesque vineyards. Just a short drive to Marlboroughs finest wineries, food and the glorious Marlborough Sounds. Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

The perfect winter escape! Come and enjoy our lovely cozy beach house. High on the hill, you'll appreciate the peace and privacy, yet you can meander down the bush path from the front lawn and be on the beach in a minute or two. Engage in the beach, the river, the walks or simply relax - it's easy to do here! - and enjoy the lush views from Farewell Spit to Separation Point. Whilst stargazing you can catch both the Pillar Point and Farewell Spit lighthouses.

Rest & Relax

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.
