Our rammed-earth self-contained separate guest retreat is situated in a large peaceful 12-acre bush setting only a few minutes drive from Buderim village. Visiting kangaroos, a modern peaceful space and views into the bush all contribute to a serene stay, whether you are with us for two nights, two weeks, or longer. A hidden suburban oasis. Our family has lived in and travelled to many countries and we look forward to welcoming visitors from around the globe - or from just around the corner.

Our conveniently located studio apartment is just 10 minutes from the beautiful Maroochydore and Mooloolaba beaches. Enjoy a well-appointed private and cozy air-conditioned space including a 55" smart TV with Netfix, gigabit internet, and a work desk. Your own bathroom, kitchenette and private patio with BBQ. Washing machine, ironing board, and secure parking, suitable for Caravans and Motor Homes. Our Sunny Studio is the perfect base to explore surrounding beaches, local dining and shopping.

Cotton Tree Queenslander Apartment

Please note: Currently our neighbours are having building works done.during the week. Step behind the front wall into an oasis. This private self-contained apartment is situated in a renovated Queenslander, within easy walking distance to the beach, the river, restaurants and cafes, shops and movies. With its own private courtyard, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers alike. Safe on- street parking. Unfortunately the property not suited for children.

BREEZE Studio

The Breeze is a small and stylish studio apartment located in a quiet, beach side street in Maroochydore. Surrounded by local shops, coffee and eats, The Breeze offers a blissful escape with the ocean lapping only 400m away. Situated on the ground floor of our two-storey family beach house, The Breeze has its own private entry. The apartment has been generously prepared with thoughtful touches like french linen bedding, floor to ceiling storage and a number of streaming services provided.

And with cafes, bars & the ocean all within a few minutes walk, you won’t need your car… and you’ll never want to leave.

Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. This stylish, comfortable one bedroom accommodation features air conditioned lounge/dining/kitchen, separate bathroom + private entrance & courtyard with garden outlook.

This is a very large homely,and well set up house size unit. With two large bedroom. Fans in every room. And air con in lounge and main bed room. Has a large kitchen and dining room that seat 8 people. A large undercover outdoor area and bbq. With a bathroom complete with a bath. A very comfy lounge. And Netflix. Very private this house size unit is under our house. But has its own private entrance.
