"The Lake House" is located on beautiful Mason Lake in Briggsville, WI. Our home is a freshly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom lake house with 36 ft. of lake frontage. The property has a huge fenced in back yard, concrete patio and a new pier (2021) for outside fun. We can accommodate two vehicles on the black top driveway, public street parking and a large public parking lot for boat / rec. trailers right across the street. The property is also located on a ATV/UTV and snowmobile trail system.

Nice sandy swimming area with a gradual slope for the kids. One adult kayak, 2 youth kayaks and lots of inflatable rafts and toys. We have a fire pit overlooking the lake and a wraparound deck including a gazebo with mosquito netting and a gas grill. ***This property is on a QUIET small 8 acre lake, no gas-powered motors allowed.***

Newly remodeled, 2-bedroom, has a bathroom/ laundry room combined. The sitting room allows you a space to relax . Check out the games or grab a book to read. The sun lit sunroom has a great view of Buffalo Lake, and a great place to have your morning coffee. Take a short walk downtown and check out the waterfalls or stay close to the house and roam the property. Check out the metal flowers, or the painted bowling ball. You may even find a painted cement leaf or two.
