Random Point: Apartment Tree House

Random Point is a quiet, isolated oasis on a private, 300 ft beach cove on Lake Superior with a trout pond and 10 wooded acres. Both rentals and the outdoor sauna have stunning views of the Lake. This enchanted location is 5 miles from downtown Mqt with easy access to the University, restaurants, shops, hiking & biking trails. It is 1/2 block from 3rd street corridor of shops & restaurants. 4 blocks to the sandy Lake Superior beach and a few miles from trails, ski hill, NMU, hospital & 2 blocks from Blackrocks brewery tasting pub. About a mile to antique shopping, restaurants, bars, Iron Ore Heritage Trail for biking or hiking and mega RAMBA Trails.

The River House

The River House is a two bedroom cottage on the Chocolay River in Marquette, Michigan. It is adjacent to a bike path and walkway that runs through Marquette County, along the shore of Lake Superior. This cozy cottage has a deck and sun room with a view of the river, and is close to beaches, marinas, and the beautiful city of Marquette. The River House is a comfortable, peaceful retreat. Out of respect for our neighbors, we cannot accommodate snow mobiles on the property.

Built in 1974, this rustic and architecturally unique cabin is an all wood modified A-Frame nestled in the woods of the Upper Peninsula. Floor to ceiling windows and a lofted second floor allow natural light and gorgeous views of Lake Superior. Enjoy our sandstone swimming hole in the summer, or the cast iron wood stove in the winter. Located 20 minutes from Marquette and 30 minutes from Munising, our home offers a quiet place to relax and feel close to nature.
