"The Shed"

At first glance, yes it's a shed. But explore further and you will find an unique Aussie experience, a fully functional self contained room. Shower, toilet and kitchenette. All private and seperate from our house. It's normally used for overnighters by family and friends. Please be open minded in your expectations, it's not the Ritz, Hilton, Taj Mahal but what it is clean, tidy, private affordable accomadation. Single or couple. Please note that toilet, shower and sink are located in same room.

"Topp House" Retreat Barossa

Topp House is one of the original heritage interest houses along Bethany Road. Bethany ( Bethanien) established 1842 the oldest German settlement in the Barossa Valley. Gaia Cottage

Gaia cottage is a beautifully appointed stone fronted cottage, in a private vineyard on the outskirts of Auburn. Recently renovated to include all the modern features but still keeping its original charm and character. Set in a very peaceful and quiet setting, surrounded by garden and vineyards but still walking distance to wineries, restaurants & cafes and the main street of Auburn. This cottage is perfect for small groups, families & friends looking for a relaxing retreat in the Clare Valley.

The Barn - a little bit rustic, a little bit luxe

Step into rustic charm with a touch of luxe comfort at the Barn. Here, you'll find the best parts of glamping—without the tent. The Barn might not be for everyone, especially if you need an en-suite bathroom, but it offers something truly special: no neighbours, no streetlights, and a vast sky filled with twinkling stars. Nestled on our five-acre property, Pondicherri, the Barn is part of a collection of historic outbuildings, offering a countryside escape. Plus we welcome your fur baby.

The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

Looking for a getaway - The Loft is tops! Perfect location, walking distance to multiple cellar doors, cross the road to Ulster Park, The Little Birds and Joyful Bunch, The Rising Sun with an IGA a short walk away. The Loft (accessible via staircase) is a two bedroom apartment; main double bedroom (sleeps 2) has a slow combustion heater, reverse cycle AC, sofa & TV, cosy twin bed room, large eat in kitchen, bathroom with large bath & shower, onsite parking. Heaters & electric blankets!

Stables by the Vines

In 1856, an English stonemason, Thompson Priest, began mining slate in Mintaro. At the same time, he built a home with stables at the rear of his property. Over the intervening years, the stables fell into a desperate state, however, recently, the Stable has returned to life through a sensitive restoration and refurbishment. Set on the edge of Reillys Winery, the Stable is a 100m walk through the vines to the cellar door and further 20 metres to the renowned Magpie Stump Hotel.

Rogasch Cottage

Situated in the heart of the Barossa Valley and nestled amidst 9 acres of vineyard, this fully renovated 1860's cottage is only 5 minutes walk to Tanunda's coffee shops and restaurants With magnificent vineyard and rural views you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst relaxing in the heated plunge pool or enjoying the comfort of an open fire place. Did we mention there is also access to your own private cellar ;-)

BnB on Barkey

This cute little flat is in walking distance to five wineries , local pub, local shop and restaurant. Disabled friendly with assistance bars either side of the toilet and a very large shower with assistance bar. Would suit Singles, Couples or Couple with one or two small children. Enjoy what the barossa has to offer within a short walk away! Please note this is strictly a Non Smoking accomodation.

A spacious slate building circa 1850, situated at the back of a large leafy block in the historic village of Mintaro (Clare Valley), and renovated to include modern comforts. You will be delighted to discover each of the vintage displays featuring beautiful antique pieces. All within walking distance of cellar door restaurant and hotel.
