Gorgeous CLEAN PRIVATE QUIET coach house in garden

This is a highly sought after lovely CLEAN, PRIVATE coach (carriage) house converted to a one bedroom stand-alone flat in a private garden in beautiful Moseley. It has massive double bed (UK King), plus a small double pull out sofa bed and up to two single air mattresses to accommodate up to 6 travellers although it is quite a squeeze for the 6. There is FREE on-street parking outside the house on a quiet road, though there is no private parking on the drive but for a fee, EV charging on drive.

Our little guest house is perfect for a couple wishing to explore the local area. 5 minutes from Solihull, 10 minutes from the NEC and airport 15 minutes to Birmingham City Centre 20 minutes to Warwickshire 50 minutes to the Cotswolds There is a private entrance via a shared garden, a small kitchen and living room. A cosy bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom. There is also a sofa-bed suitable for little ones in the living room. Guests can use the courtyard to the side of the apartment.

My place is close to Coleshill town centre, Birmingham NEC, Birmingham Airport, Birmingham city centre, LG Arena, Drayton Manor Theme Park, Thomasland, Twycross Zoo . You’ll love my place because of the location, the cosy feel of the cottage and the short stroll to the high street with shops, restaurants and bars..
