The Parakeet is part of a larger home, fully separated from the main house by a locked utility room with two sets of secure double doors for complete privacy. Our doors are open to all, and we’d love to host you!

The Brighton Seminole Reservation & Casino is only 30 minutes away. Located on 2 acres, Berry’s has ample parking for trucks/trailers, and outdoor receptacles to charge your boat batteries. With a queen bed in the bedroom and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room, it can sleep 4 guests. Its location and many amenities make it the perfect place to stay.

This house is close to US sailing center, Indian Riverside Park, and Jensen beach boat ramp. Beach is about 10 minutes drive from the house. The home is a perfect holiday getaway to soak in some Florida sunshine.
