Welcome to our peaceful escape location. Just 60 minutes from Wellington, your private suite overlooks Lake Wairarapa and is surrounded by farmland, bush and lake views and includes your own private spa and gardens - a perfect place to escape, gaze at the night sky, and relax. Single nights available Sunday-Thursday, no cleaning fees, a light breakfast is included, and a kitchenette and covered BBQ are available. Gorgeous country cottage - 1 bedroom

Set amongst 3.3 hectares, surrounded by farmland and completely independent from our homestead, you will find a welcoming cottage to relax and restore. Perfectly positioned between Featherston (6 minutes), Greytown (9 minutes) and Martinborough (11 minutes), you are spoilt for choice. Whether it be vineyards, cafes and boutique shops you are after or bike trails, exploring the local lakes and landscape it’s all on your doorstep. There is good 4G cell-phone coverage. Check-in is by lock-box.

The Castle - Greytown

Relax and enjoy the serenity of all that Greytown, Martinborough and the Wairarapa has to offer. The Castle is the ideal retreat for a long weekend or a night away. Easy 10 minute walk to the center of Greytown or short 15 min drive to the wineries of Martinborough. Perfect location for Greytown's Festival of Christmas held every July. Fully insulated with a heat pump that warms or cools the entire space. Ideal for couples retreat, or an extra single bed can be provided for a third guest.

This newly built self contained guest unit has uninterrupted beautiful views from the bedroom and private outside space. Located near Masterton hospital and golf club, you can be at Castlepoint, Riversdale, or Greytown and Martinborough for beaches, vineyards, tramping or boutique shopping within 20-45 minutes. Ideal for a couple or solo traveller there is a private outside BBQ and patio space, wifi and car parking on site. The unit is a 4km paved walk to The Queen Elizabeth Park and CBD

You’ll love my place because of Its proximity to town, the studio is a short 2 min walk from the Queen St shopping precinct, great cafes and restaurants and only a casual 5 min stroll to QEll Park. The two storied Studio is tucked in behind the 1879 cottage with its own private deck, comfortably appointed for couples seeking a Wairarapa getaway or business travellers needing a central location.

The Alchemist Retreat, Studio, Carterton

5 minutes to Greytown, 15 mins to Tauherenikau and Masteron, 20 mins to Martinborough, The Alchemist Retreat is central to visit vineyards, The Martinborough Fair, Round the Vines, Greytown's July Midwinter Festival and so on. A stylish, french country vibes studio, with a limesand meandering path from the carpad, through the garden is an oasis. Separate to the host's house, the studio is an ideal getaway for peace and tranquillity. Located near Carterton town centre and railway station.

White shed, modern rustic

Our rural shed is a spacious self-contained getaway with sun and views of the surrounding countryside. It is best suited for 2 guests, but can accomodate 4, with a queen size bed upstairs and a fold-out sofa in the living room. A fold out bed is available for children. We stock the kitchenette with free range eggs, locally made bread, homemade jam, butter, milk, tea and coffee. There’s a BBQ available. We’re 5 minutes walk to the Carterton shops and near the railway station.

The Brambles Cottage

Greytown has become a Mecca for boutique shopping and has some great restaurants & cafes. We are a 15min drive from Martinborough full of wineries & olive groves The Brambles is a lovingly restored 1800's building converted into a small cottage in a peaceful setting, It has great indoor outdoor flow to a private BBQ area, in the cottage kitchen there is a microwave, electric hotplates, a Nespresso machine with some coffee pods & fresh farm eggs

Cosy Cabin ~outdoor bath~stars~donkeys

Our self-contained, double-glazed, fully insulated compact cabin is well appointed. It stands alone on our lifestyle property, private from our house with fabulous views to the Remutakas. There is an outdoor covered BBQ area. Relax in the ~bath~ under the stars. We have a small dog (Lucy), sweet barky Huntaway (Ruby), donkeys (Phoebe, Anna & Lily) & August (cat). All very friendly. One small fur baby allowed. Please advise when booking.

Perfect weekend escape to enjoy all that the Wairarapa has to offer. A short drive to the Star Safari observatory, Mount Holdsworth, Carterton, Greytown and half an hour to Martinborough's wineries. If you are travelling for work, we are only a minute off the main highway.

Cottage @ The Groves

A little bit rustic - a little bit cute - a little bit romantic. Our Cottage is just a 4 minute drive from the heart of Martinborough and is set amongst our Olive Grove. Soak in the outdoor bathtub and enjoy the stunning night sky. Or enjoy a BBQ and relax by the outdoor fire on your private patio. Better yet, grab the picnic blanket and find a nice spot and have a drink under the olive trees. Come and spoil yourself!
