The rear connects to a new addition with a bathroom, livingroom, and sleeping loft for one adult or two kids. It is on one fenced acre in the hill country and has its own private driveway. The patio has nice cozy chairs and your choice of a propane or charcoal grill. Little House on the Blanco @ Shade Ranch is a one bedroom one bath stone house on 40 acres nestled along the Blanco River among the mighty oaks of the TX Hill Country. The house is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, linens and paper products and soap. The house is set up for a couple or a small family of no more than 4 people. We ask that no more than 3 adults stay given space and septic constraints.

The Caroline is a beautifully preserved colonial house nestled in the heart of Lockhart, Texas. Built by famed architect T.S. Hodges in 1910, The Caroline was recently renovated with all new furnishings including an industrial catering kitchen complete with Viking appliances, an in-ground heated pool with fountain feature, and an expansive, dreamy, screened-in porch.
