Beautiful Creekside Country Home with EV Charger

This spacious home is great for families or friends and EV car ready! The open layout is perfect for socializing, cooking (2 fridges), eating & playing together. The large fenced yard is great for kids and pets and has horseshoe pits, a net for volleyball or badminton, a fire pit, a hammock and large deck with a charcoal grill. The home backs up to Smith Creek and has a scenic view of the creek just below the backyard with lovely stone steps down to the water. We think you'll love this house!

Located 12 minutes from TX State Tubes, 13 miles north of San Marcos Outlet stores & 25 miles north of Comal/Guadalupe River tubing & Schlitterbahn water park. Equipped with household essentials except an iron due to previous burned carpet damage. Two bedroom with queen beds, suitable for 4 adults, and two vehicles. This is a great alternative to staying in hotel. For less money you can have an entire house to yourself!

The San Marcos River Haus is the perfect family getaway. Enjoy a private, gated retreat on 2 acres, the River Haus is the perfect blend of luxury living and rustic charm. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for the whole family to be together or get quiet time if needed. Quiet times from 10:00 pm-10:00 am please. We would love for you to visit and have a wonderful time but no hooting and hollering outside after 10:00 pm. We respect our neighbors rights to get good rest.

Our space functions part of the time as an artist residency location for musicians, writers, and visual artists who are guests of Commerce Gallery. We've recently renovated and curated this home with the specific purpose to inspire and foster creativity in a uniquely comfortable setting. I own and run a vintage shop and design studio downstairs but haven't opened yet so you will have the place to yourself and the upstairs is completely yours to enjoy! Scooters are easy to rent across the street and free parking is on premises.
