Peacefully removed from all of life's concerns, it is only 5 minutes drive away from the famous Eumundi Market and only 15 minutes from the heart of Noosa, with its world-renowned beaches, boutique shopping and wonderful dining. And you only have an easy drive to idyllic National Parks, Noosa River and more.

Reverse cycle Air Con (Heat Pump). Wander around the landscaped 6,000Sq Mtr property. We are just mins from the Gympie CBD, the Bruce Hway & approx 40mins to the beaches of Noosa. NB. Unfenced dam, please supervise children. For late bookings there is a key safe, pay to get entry details. STRICTLY No pets we have wildlife.

Access is easy via off-street parking and a charming boardwalk leading to a sunny courtyard. Located just five minutes by car (3km) from the beautiful beaches of Coolum and close to cafes, restaurants, airport, buses, national parks and scenic coastal walks. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Enjoy your stay in a location with beautiful scenery. Located 10 minutes from local shopping area and close to popular tourist areas. If you want to explore, waterfalls are located 5km down the road and several others within a short driving distance. Your room is self-contained and separate from the main house. You will find basic cooking facilities to use during your stay, making it a perfect location to escape the busy city life, relax for a weekend and explore a beautiful destination.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Self contained one bedroom apartment in Peregian Springs, close to Peregian Springs Golf Club. Ideally located, a two minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Motorway and from there, a quick and easy drive to the Noosa, Coolum, Alexander Headland, Mooloolaba or Sunshine Coast Airport. Nestled in a small, quiet garden, the apartment is well equipped and offers off street parking and own access. The kitchenette/diner leads onto a patio whilst the bedroom boasts a lovely over-sized en-suite.

A beautiful, self-contained studio unit underneath Sailfish Cottage, the 80 year old restored ex-principal's residence from the local area is relaxing, private and peaceful, yet close to everything Tin Can Bay offers. Explore this beautiful area which offers wild, humpback dolphin feeding everyday at Nelson Point, lovely parks and walks, plenty of fishing and Rainbow Beach is only a 25 min drive away and Fraser Island is just a short ferry trip from Inskip Point.

Sunset Room; small, private guest suite

A country home on our rustic acre. A basic hotel-style room for you behind(but connected to) our house, neat & tidy with its own bathroom & walk in wardrobe, & its own separate entrance. Two minutes off the highway, & a 3 minute drive from Tinana shopping centre. It has a queen size bed, a single bed, some basic cooking facilities(see pics), and a flat screen TV. The setting is a rustic country acre with chickens, a small food forest, and a dam.
