This vintage building was originally built as a hotel in the late ‘60s and a hotel for the 1982 Worlds fair! Close to everything UTK and downtown Knoxville. Garage Parking pass!! 5 min walk to the University of Tennessee or 1 mile walk from downtown Knoxville. Get a great nights’ rest in the queen size bed featuring “The Purple Mattress.” A convertible couch is great for additional guest or seating during the day. Kitchen includes the basics.
