This is a studio apartment in the first luxury apartment complex in El Paredón. It comes with kitchen, bathroom, and private terrace. The complex is built for security and privacy and has Starlink with 4 routers. The second floor has a unique pool with swim up bar and BBQ area. The 4th floor offers a community sundeck for yoga, massage or private sunbathing. The 1st floor has a full AC gym, a billard room with a home theater and a parking area. You'll spend peaceful days in the lush gardens and walk to the Mayan towns of San Antonio and Santa Catarina Barahona. Should you like, you can also get to know the kids who visit the "Caldo de Piedra" library next door. (Proceeds go to support it.)
