Apartment directly on beach with stunning views

This studio flat is located directly overlooking Gordon's bay. There are no cars or streets, just the coastal walking path. The coastal path, Gordon's bay and Clovelly are a mere handful of steps away. The studio is located on the bottom floor of an apartment block. It has its own separate private entrance. The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!

This space is a secluded, 2-person get-away. Full amenities provided to fulfil all the staples of a quintessential Sydney vacation. Please note our listing is not suitable for children and under 18s. There is a steep stairwell (see photos). Our suite is accessed by a private laneway offset from The Spot's Ivy Lane.

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Private 1 bedroom ground floor modern apartment in a beachside area. A Separate bathroom. Monday and Thursday between 7am and 9am the gym area will be used by us and a few friends. During this time the bathroom may be used. Private landscaped court yard. 10 minute walk to beach Buses to Manly, Warringah Mall, Chatswood and express buses to the city. It's a renovated, private, self-contained apartment in the front section of my home. The Back Corner is well situated 9km from Sydney Airport and 15km from the CBD. Malabar Beach and cafes are a short walk. Buses are nearby. The cabin is an open area with a single bed, kitchen and separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and laundry tub. Also a little verandah and garden to enjoy. Walk down the side path, through the garden and you'll find a private little space of your own.
