Great attention has gone into the home's artistic style. Recently renovated, this ground level apartment is in 'as new' pristine condition. Architecturally remodelled the space keeps many of its traditional terrace features, with tasteful modernisation, including - - Loads of natural light from glass skylights in the main living area - Quality furnishings and art throughout - Timber floors in main living and kitchen, with wool carpet in the bedroom - Ducted climate aircon throughout, ensures comfort on hot Sydney days and nights - including in bedroom - Full laundry including washing machine, dryer and tub (detergent supplied) - Induction cooking and cookware provided - Double integrated Dishdraw (dishwasher) - Filtered water & ice dispensing refrigerator - Marble bathroom, with underfloor heating and dual shower heads - including waterfall head - Access to wifi and Apple TV/Netflix on 50" smart LCD television - Private courtyard and outdoor table accessed via bi-fold doors - Separate home-office space, with built-in desk - Bedroom and living area separated by hallway - Queen size bed with new high-end, medium/firm latex mattress - All bedding and linen provided for your stay, including towels and beach towels No interaction necessary - keys are accessed via lock-box to let yourself in. I live in the property directly above the apartment, so I may bump into you at some stage. Mascot Flyby

The apartment is well lit and spacious, is centrally located within 5 mins walk from Mascot train station, cafes, restaurants, playgrounds, supermarkets, car rentals and more. With easy access to everything in the vicinity, you will not need to travel far. The bus stop to/from Sydney airports is only 7 mins walk away and the ride takes roughly 8-15mins with only a couple of stops to domestic or international airport. Free car parking available in the block so please enquire if required.

Massive Warehouse Loft Apartment

Earlier this year, Marrickville was voted the 10th coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out. And this would be the coolest pad in that neighbourhood. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio Marrickville run by Lisa Hoelzl. The guests who love our place the most are the ones who like the idea of staying in a warehouse flat on top of a studio and engaging with our odd extended household and neighbourhood.
