Retreat to a Boho Chic Guesthouse in a Leafy Family Suburb

Get comfy swaying in the macrame hammock in a living room with a Moroccan vibe. Make breakfast in the bright kitchen and snuggle up on a cozy banquette. This guest house shares a driveway with our home, but it is completely detached and private. The bedroom sleeps two on a queen mattress, and we provide a queen sized inflatable mattress that fits easily in the living room. The property has a stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, a lovely new bathroom, a two-car garage, and loads of aesthetic.

Located in Pleasant Ridge, this is a one bedroom efficiency apartment with a full bathroom (shower, no tub), wet bar, mini fridge, and microwave, toaster/oven/air fryer. One queen bed and an additional guest can sleep on the fold out couch. The space has a private entrance and free parking on a quiet street. Pet friendly and and fenced yard. Three minute walk to the park, 7 minute walk to the local entertainment district.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

Perch Farm's Guesthouse with Incredible View

Enjoy a farm experience 20 minutes from all Cincinnati’s attractions in our newly renovated carriage-house located in the suburb of Indian Hill. Easy keypad entry to a cozy one bedroom apartment on the second floor. The 30 acre property is home to alpacas, sheep, goats, and chickens. If interested, ask the host for a farm tour where you can interact with the animals or take a hike around the property.
