Penthouse Style Condo with City View

* Charge your vehicle at the newly added electric vehicle charger for the use of our guests. * Embrace the customized luxury of this professionally appointed apartment. The residence features a vast open-plan layout main space, an eclectic array of boutique furnishings, room length windows, a cozy fireplace, and expansive vistas. This contemporary condo is located in a beautifully renovated historic building. There is great attention to detail in both the furnishings and the decor. The condo is near everything yet is located in a beautiful park like setting. The floor plan is open and the kitchen is modern - with newer built in stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The 2 full baths are luxurious - utilizing granite tops, ceramic tile and high end fixtures. The kitchen/dining/living areas have beautiful hardwood floors while the 2 bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting. There is a rooftop deck that is wonderful - access is via the elevator to the 5th floor - turn right off the elevator and take the stairs through the first door on the right (one flight). Access to the secured building is by keypad. A well appointed lobby welcomes you where an elevator awaits to take you to your 5th floor condo. I am available anytime from 7:00AM - 10:00PM for anything at all. I am available anytime after those hours above for emergencies. This area of Walnut Hills is adjacent to beautiful Eden Park and offers great proximity to downtown, numerous restaurants, and nightlife. There are also many scenic areas overlooking the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati. The METRO bus stop is located one block from the condo. The RED BIKE bike renting kiosk is less than a 5 minute walk from the condo. Uber rides are about $3.00 to OTR and about $4.00 to Downtown and the sports stadiums. Please note that there is a binder that we have assembled that we have left on top of the desk in the condo. This binder showcases all of our recommended restaurants and sites - organized by neighborhood. Also - there is easy access to Eden Park if you walk to the public stairway just in front of the Beethoven Condos (the blue historic building on the corner of Sinton and Morris located across the street) There is a "Red Bike" kiosk for affordable bike rentals located at the bottom of the public stairs mentioned above.

Suite Liberty – Clean/Spacious

Our lower level, walk out suite (private entrance) has all you are looking for & more. The 1000 sf plus suite is spacious & comfortable. We are located on 2 peaceful acres in a residential area near the Liberty Way Exit off I-75. NOTE: If booking for December through February 28th. We will NOT have snow removal services. Snow melt & shovel will be available to our guests. Please check the weather before your arrival. The reservation can be cancelled 1 day prior to arrival with full refund

Retreat to a Boho Chic Guesthouse in a Leafy Family Suburb

Get comfy swaying in the macrame hammock in a living room with a Moroccan vibe. Make breakfast in the bright kitchen and snuggle up on a cozy banquette. This guest house shares a driveway with our home, but it is completely detached and private. The bedroom sleeps two on a queen mattress, and we provide a queen sized inflatable mattress that fits easily in the living room. The property has a stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, a lovely new bathroom, a two-car garage, and loads of aesthetic.

The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues.
