For breakfast you'll savor local specialty foods such as gourmet granola, artisan bread, steel-cut oats, and more. North Falmouth Suite 'downstairs suite'

This gueen-bed suite has a private entrance, a living room with wifi/tv, and a small, private bath, on a beautifully maintained property on 28A in N. Falmouth. Enjoy easy access to beaches & the bike path is across the street. The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Welcome! This cheerful, clean and private 1st-floor bedroom is in a restored 1799 farmhouse.We are about halfway between Boston and the Cape Cod Canal and convenient to all major highways. Guests have a private entrance and newly renovated, bedroom/bath suite. Parking, a comfy queen-size bed, and TV are included as well as a fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plymouth Rock, Plimoth Plantation, and "The Mayflower" are 10-15 minute drive. No cameras on property. We respect your privacy.

Perfect for cozy stays away from it all, our comfortable cabin has its own private entrance, skylight, wood-burning fireplace stove, pure well water, and a private bathroom with shower room (which is also a stream room) all just a short walk from the Sudbury river, conversation land with nature trails, history, and outdoor sports. No contact with the host is necessary. This is a fully self-contained separate space attached to one end of the house.

The Lacey Rose - A Victorian Suite

Large private bedroom and full bath in lovely Victorian home located in the Historic District of Belchertown. Step back in time in this period home decorated with antiques and enjoy the convenience of being near the Five College Area and all that it offers. There are two other rooms available at The Lacey Rose. This beautiful home was built in 1810 as a colonial and renovated into a victorian in the late 1880's.

Sweet stay by the ocean w breakfast (1 of 2 rooms)

SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST and is served between 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more . Sorry but there is no use of kitchen for cooking and very limited fridge space.
