This unique home was built in 1880 and recently renovated to preserve its historic detail while including modern luxuries. It has 3 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, two fire places, two stair cases, and plenty of room to explore. Outside you’ll find a patio, fireplace and of course an amazing backyard treehouse that boasts 500 sq/ft furnished with seating, tv, and WiFi. The home is 5 to 15 minutes from everything - The Football HOF, Gervasi Winery, Maize Valley Winery, 1875 Winery, shopping, and dining.

The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. Spacious two bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood away from city noise and only 7 minutes away from Downtown Akron where many go for dining and experiences. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. We offer many amenities and the property is fully secured. Beautiful, tranquil fish pond outside to admire on warm summer days in Ohio. There will be someone available at all times to assist you if you should need anything.
