The Hilly House, Private Boutique Accommodation

The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

The accommodation is a 5 minute walk from CBD and a short car drive to scenic points of interest in the district .

Welcome to Di's B&B. Everybody welcome. Private down stairs unit with separate access. 1 bedroom with queen bed and tv 2nd bedroom with 1 large single bed and dinning table. Both rooms have heaters and electric blankets. Separate room with a sofa. Kitchenette with microwave, jug, toaster and fridge. Free unlimited WiFi. Covered parking.
