Fully renovated alpine chalet combining 200 year old charm with modern facilities. Located in the hamlet of Mottec, by the roadside, just 2km before you reach Zinal. The bus stops 20m from the house - ideal if you are using public transport, either to get here, or for the free summer & winter buses which link the villages, hiking areas and ski domains of the valley. During the summer 2 'liberty passes' are included giving guests free local buses and swimming pools and discounts on cable cars etc

Situé à flanc de montagne, dans le hameau du Biolley, le chalet profite d’une vue dégagée sur les alpes et les villages en contrebas. Ce chalet a été totalement rénové en 2013 sur la base d'une ancienne écurie. Afin d’optimiser les espaces, les accès se font par des escaliers pentus. De tout confort, ce chalet se situe à 10 minutes de voiture de la station touristique de Champex-Lac et 18 minutes de La Fouly. L'emplacement est idéal pour des activités pédestres et touristiques.

Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. From here the cows were guarded and cheese was made from fresh milk. Gadestatt offers you an authentic overnight accommodation with lots of charm and attention to detail. A little away from the turbulent and noisy ski resort but still reachable in one minute by car or 500m walk to the free ski bus. Free outdoor parking.
