Petit Puntos is a detached cottage with optional heated plunge pool set within its own private grounds on the edge of a quiet Gascogne village in Gers. The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

La cuisine est super équipée, plaques, four, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Coté nuit,un lit spacieux de 160 cm ou 2 lits de 80 cm. Un vrai canapé-lit avec sommier pour 2 personnes.

Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.
