Está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica que conecta facilmente con otros lugares. Se aceptan niños mayores de 6 años. El servicio de internet es con tarjeta SIM (datos moviles)mucho mejor que la wifi . Algo muy IMPORTANTE : Vivo muy cerca de un hospital grande y gracias a esto no hay cortes del servicio eléctrico (no hay apagones aquí)
