There's a workstation and high speed internet. The secure decked patio and garden are South facing. It's near the Greenway, shops, restaurants, cafes, bike rental and Westport House. There is on-street disc parking.

My place is within 5 minutes walking distance of Ballina town. Its a cosy, newly refurbished house with all mod cons and perfect for famillies / fishermen / couples / business travel. Recognized as the salmon capital of Ireland Ballina hosts the annual Salmon Festival each July. The long sandy beach of Enniscrone is about 8km down the road and has more children’s facilities plus a great golf links course. Knock airport is a 40 minute drive away.
