This newly renovated Modern Victorian is pet-friendly and just six blocks from the Historic Riverfront which includes the National Quilt Museum, Yeiser Art Center and many other Art Galleries. We are just 2 blocks from the Lower Town Arts and Music Festival! You can relax on the spacious front porch or enjoy the deck in the fenced in back yard. We have both street parking in front and off street parking in the back. We are also centrally located to many health care facilities in the area.

Nice, Quiet, Cozy, Close to Everything.

This newly renovated house is clean, quiet, nice, and comfortable. All of the furniture is new. Beds are medium/firm. My parents stay here one week per month and believe me, nobody is more picky than they are, so we know you’ll love the place! It has a large kitchen that is fully equipped. We have WiFi and tons of streaming services. It’s located on a dead-end street and it’s perfectly located in between the downtown area and the interstate. It’s the perfect spot to comfortably enjoy Paducah!

Dee’s Downstairs Private Apartment

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.
