Happy Horse Bungalow

We are 20 minutes east of the Austin airport & COTA, & 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Bastrop is 15 minutes due east. We are 2 miles/4 minutes from the McKinney Roughs Nature Park trailhead (hiking/biking/horse trails along the river), & 5 minutes from the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort using the back entrance. Our 20+ acres is a quiet wooded park near the end of a dead end road with walking & biking trails on site. This is ELEGANT CAMPING & the 3 tidy outhouses & 2 hot water showers are outdoors!

Quaint & Comfy Private Guestroom & Bath.

We have a cute guest room attached to our garage adjacent our back porch. It’s a small space but has all the essentials and is super comfy! It has a full size comfy bed, a comfy chair, dresser, desk, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and 36" flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick. The bathroom has a small shower. We include lots of little extras to make your stay enjoyable. We live in the Historic area of downtown Bastrop. Our home was built in 1916 by my husband's great grandfather.

Beaukiss Studio, peaceful farm house near Austin

**During summer it's too hot to sleep in loft, so we limit guests to a total of 2 people in downstairs bedroom.** 1930s farm house on 18 acres. Mix of modern & antique; wood floors, cream plaster walls, comfortable period furnishings. Kitchen has marble counters, gas stove, undercounter fridge, dishwasher. Stylish bathroom with walk-in shower. Wi-fi, via StarLink, works well. Back porch rocking chairs, overlooking horse pastures. Let us know if you're bringing your dogs please!

Best Little Cabin in Texas

Secluded cabin on 200 acres of private pine forest. Enjoy hiking & views from large deck. Cabin's decor based on local legend & Broadway hit, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, replete with the madam's bed. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, & dishwasher. BBQ on the outdoor propane grill and enjoy a campfire under the stars (bring your own firewood). 2 miles off highway. Pets OK with a $25 per pet fee. Up to three. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing yours.

The Doodle House | Lake Front Tiny Home

The Doodle House is a one-of-a-kind, lakefront tiny home just outside Austin—fully hand-drawn and designed to feel like stepping inside a living sketch. Sitting on the edge of a peaceful lagoon, this whimsical glamping stay blends art, comfort, and creativity. Enjoy a cozy sleeping loft, a reading nook, curated doodle-filled interiors, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, relax by the water, grill, fish, kayak, or gather around the fire pit under fairy lights. 1 kayak included.

A cute little house in the country. Come enjoy a few peaceful days with a gorgeous view of the sunset while watching the cattle graze in the field. Also enjoy the porch swing. The house is clean and comfortable to stay in. There is a queen bed to sleep in, a nice TV to watch with directv, and there is also internet service. A great place to unwind or venture out. We are 17 miles from Lexington, 17 miles from Elgin, 23 miles from Taylor, and 45 miles from Austin. Come see us!

Lovely one room barndominium - The Bastrop Barndo

✦ A modern, but cozy, 600-sq.-ft. Barndominium with full kitchen and bath, one king bed, living room, closet, Amazon, Netflix, Disney+,Roku, and fast WiFi. We built the barndo in 2022, and furnished it for Airbnb. We have a Roku TV in the living room as well in the master room configured with a Amazon and Netflix set up application, which gives you access to the network, This also allows you to log into your own streaming services such as , Hulu, HBO, Cinemax and so on.

Come enjoy this sweet spot. Between McDade + Paige, Texas, The Snug sits on 6+ wooded acres we call Shut Inn Pharm. Lounge on the screened-in porch of your private studio cabin. Good pups (+ owners) welcome. WE LIVE ON THE PROPERTY. WE KEEP BEES 🐝. 4 mins to Sherwood Forest. About an hour to Austin. 40 mins to Round Top. 20 mins from Bastrop State Park. The Snug is close enough to the areas many gems, but far enough away to feel like a unique getaway.
