Historic Butler Bluff Home and Hiking Trails Farm

Stay in this historic home once known as the Butler Bluff Resort. This home features two bedrooms, one king bed and one queen, both with en suites. It also has a day bed with a trundle and a queen fold out couch bed in the living area. Although this home can accommodate 8 guests, the nightly rate is set for 4 guests. Any additional guest above 4, including children, is an additional charge. Shuttle service to some local floating outfitters is available free of charge, message for details. 🛶 🏖️

You can’t beat this updated yet rustic getaway, spend one of your days kayaking or tubing and the next on a hike, head over to the local distillery for a drink or bring your bike to the park to make the most of your trip. The options are endless! With just a short drive to the NWA area you can even have some city fun if you wish! Creek access and shuttles included with stay through Sugar Island.

Bike Back 40 from house / Peaceful Home in Nature

Back 40 access is at the end of our street! Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

Sleeps 10 with 2 bedrooms, 2 fold out couches, 2 full baths. Just across the Arkansas and Missouri state line. Only a 20 min drive to Bentonville, 30 mins from Rogers and Beaver Lake. Just a two minute walk to your own private River front- No crowds, just peace! All you need is food and good company.

We offer a one of a kind experience. This recently remodeled cabin offers the perfect retreat. Disconnect, by grabbing a book or one of your favorite movies and cozy up next to our fire place. We are surrounded by water, with the best fishing in Newton County. The space Includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, a gas stove and a table for two. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet space. We also provide a washer and dryer. TV and WIFI

River Paradise

Live the River Life in this spacious and beautifully furnished wooded property on Indian Creek! Quiet neighborhood and river access will have you relaxing in no time! Three bedrooms giving you a total of 10 sleeping spaces. Close to fishing, canoeing, kayaking, hiking as well as a drive to the amenities of NW Arkansas. One of my favorite destinations is Branson, MO! Reservations are responded to Sunday - Friday. Due to allergies animals are not allowed.
