Over 300 acres of privately owned land by the host plus over 700 acres of attached public crown lots accessible through private holdings, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts/nature lovers, as a launch pad into Algonquin Park, or as a quite retreat into the forest. Winter Activities and Uses Include: snowmobiling, ice fishing at a large selection of local lakes, snow shoeing etc.

Bardo Cabins - Pine Cabin

One of Bardo Cabins' two, four-season sister-cabins; Pine Cabin is quietly nestled below a granite outcrop among towering old pines on the beautiful, quiet, fifteen acre Dube Lake. Hike, bike, snowshoe or ski the private two kilometers of trails, dive and sunbathe from your own floating dock or wade at a nearby sandy shore, relax bug-free on the screened-in porch listening to the sounds of Bardo's surrounding ten acres of mixed old growth forest, or venture beyond to nearby amenities.

Peaceful Cabin in the Woods

Come experience this cozy, off-grid escape in a magical old-growth forest. A pretty lake is just a 10 minute walk down the lane which is excellent for swimming, fishing and canoeing. You can hike the many trails and see only the wildlife. Adventure and romance awaits you! Snuggle up by the wood stove. Fresh bedding and linens are provided for you on the very comfortable beds and soft towels provided for the warm outdoor shower. The kitchen has all the amenities you need.

Monett Bay on Bay Lake

Monett Bay on Bay Lake in Ontario is a 2.8 acre, semi-private bay with 344 ft. water frontage, and a seasonal stream running through the entire property. You'll be welcomed by the long private driveway, surrounded by forest, leading to our renovated cabin with all the amenities for a memorable vacation stay. Stroll down the path to the dock with loungers and all day sun! Swim beside the dock in the clean, shallow, sandy entry where you can float or fish the day away.
