Within 40 minutes of lots to do. The area was heavily impacted by hurricane Helene on 9/28/24. The space was de-listed to make it available for volunteers here to help with recovery. It has been reactivated as of 3/12/25. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Include pet info with your inquiry.

FYI, you share the yard with our other guests and our 3 sweet dogs.

Enjoy our peaceful ground-level apartment. My house is located just outside of town in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. You can visit Lake James or the riverside Greenway, but you will get plenty of nature right in the yard. I love feeding the birds and other critters so you will see bluejays, cardinals, squirrels, deer, and one very fat groundhog.
