WELCOME to coastal living in a small, quaint, fishing community located 2 blocks from the Sapelo River. A short walk or golf cart ride to marinas, restaurants, and one of the finest golf courses in the low country. Enjoy the gorgeous view on the "bluff", with mossy oaks and historical landmarks, while dining at one of our world famous seafood restaurants. All of this is within a 40 minute drive to Savannah, located just 9 miles off I-95, exit 67 south or exit 58 traveling north. Pets welcome!

Deepwater Retreat at Halfmoon

A hidden gem nestled on picturesque Colonel's Island with unobstructed views of the North Newport River and a deepwater dock. Fishing, hunting at Dorchester Shooting Preserve, and delicious food at Sunbury Crab Co are only a short drive away and Half Moon marina is in walking distance. Savannah and St Simons are under an hour from this coastal paradise and make for a great day trip. Home includes large fenced yard and a doggy door so bring your four legged friends on your journey to the coast.

Sapelo island is a 30 minute boat ride away. I/95 is less than 2 miles away for a quick overnight stay!

Were 3 miles from Exit 58 on interstate 95 in Townsend Georgia and are a perfect midway stop for travelers headed to and from Florida. We are competitive with hotels have NO cleaning fee allow pets for a small fee, The door is open for easy check in and you can arrive when ever you get here even 1 am. When visiting Darien, Lighthouse Cottage is a great choice. It is walking/bicycling distance from Downtown, Fort King George, Historic square, Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge (Great for wildlife photography) Parks and Waterfront also Restaurants and Shops. You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. Perfect cottage for you and a companion.

This house is a quiet recluse on the marsh and a tidal creek. It faces Sapelo Island and is close to St. Simons, Jekyll, and Savannah. Great for naturalists with a 1.5 acre fresh water pond for exotic birds and wildlife and near to the Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge. We have 2 double kayaks, a canoe, 8 bikes, a hot tub and a sky for stargazing. The well-equipped kitchen opens to the great room with bedrooms on each wing. Pets welcome and plenty of parking.
