The cottage features a downstairs bar, TV, WiFi, open living space and three large bedrooms.

There are many parks and restaurants nearby. There is also a big driveway that can fit a boat and a couple vehicles. The backyard has a grill, fire pit, and outdoor furniture. There is a small garage attached to the house that is available for use as well.
