NOTE: While this space can accommodate up to 6 guests with use of a queen air mattress, the recommended maximum number of guests is 4. Each guest over 4 is $25 per night.

The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. You will have your own bedroom, bath room, spacious living, working, dining area, as well as a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, a small portable electric stove, plates, bowls, cups and utensils for simple cooking. You have your own entrance to the space. The kitchenette is the only shared space so the host can access the laundry room. Locks are installed in all other area of the ground floor to ensure your privacy.

We live upstairs with our pre-K son who you might hear in the mornings and evenings.
