The Cahill- Magnolia Brewery House c 1894

Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. End the day in the comfy king size bed and any extra guests can use the futon or air mattress in the living room. Only 4 blocks from the Silos and right across I-35 from Baylor.

Come stay in our Cameron Park guesthouse! Featured in book, "Historic Homes of Waco." Located on the historic Waco Penland estate, the cottage was built in 1924 and is newly renovated. Gorgeous new kitchen with marble countertop and subway tile. New bath has large shower & new fixtures, new carpet and tile. Tempurpedic mattress. Keurig w/lots of coffee! 5 mins to the Magnolia Silos and Downtown. Walk the grounds, or one block to Cameron Park for kayaking, biking, etc. STR418052020

The German Schmear Cottage

The German Schmear Cottage is tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area. It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. The bathroom includes a double sink vanity and a walk in marble shower. Walking distance to Magnolia Market, Silos and many restaurants and shops!

The cottage has a simple but elegant country home feel. There is a large swing nestled in the large pecan trees that is fun for thrill seekers.
