The Oasis, built in 1957 and has been lovingly restored with modern finishes, including everything you will need for your stay. Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Casa Cottonwood is a Charming private guest house set in the quiet neighborhood of June Park. This cozy home away from home is Perfect for anyone looking to explore everything that Florida has to offer! 15 mins from the popular 5th Ave Boardwalk beach 10 min from historic Downtown Melbourne village with boutique stores, craft beers/ food, treats and eclectic art shops. Close to amazing parks, hiking trails, airboat tours, manatee sightseeing & much more! The I-95 on-ramp is 3 mins away

The Riverside Bungalow

The Riverside Bungalow bungalow is located on 2 acres of historic land. Built in 1900 & originally known as the Kentucky Military Institute the buildings are over 124 years old. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.

The outdoor space has a picnic table, fire-pit and chickens!

The Mini Melby

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the Space Coast and less than 7 miles to the Indian River and the area's most popular beaches. It may be tiny, but it still boasts amenities that you normally get with a full size rental. These include a full size kitchen and bathroom along with two lofts for a restful night sleep. While it does share the same property with the host, its location provides full privacy and use of the pool and patio.

Our little neighborhood is a hidden gem full of ancient oak trees dripping with Spanish Moss and Southern charm. Take a stroll down to the marina or Rosetter or Houston park and read about the historic homes along the way. Or skip the gym for a 3-mile walk instead, over the Eau Gallie bridge to Canova Beach.
