Condo is completely stocked for cooking your favorite meal. We love this space and the condo being so centrally located on beachside! Green Turtle grocery is just steps away from our unit. Bagle shop and a Starbucks just across the street. Many other restaurants, grocery stores and beach, just a short walk away!

Welcome to our beautiful pool home! This property is fully furnished and centrally located just 10 minutes from the beaches. The airport is only 8 minutes away and downtown is just a quick 5-minute drive. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to cook up delicious meals, two work areas with fast wifi. Exercise equipment, as well as a washer and dryer. Outside, you'll find a beautiful pool where you can relax and soak up the Florida sun. It also has a BBQ grill and a patio dining area.

BEACHSIDE LIVING...Relax and enjoy the charms of Beachside Living in a 350 Sq Ft private space with a full bed and private bathroom. We use this space for family/friends. A renovated spanish bungalow nestled in a quiet Melbourne beachside neighborhood. A very chilled setting with everything you need to enjoy home away from home. Need beach chairs, umbrella and bike(s) can be available for a small fee (upon request). Sorry, I have two pups on site, so no pets with this reservation.
