At 600 sqft, the Dolphin Suite is our largest unit and includes a full kitchen, perfect for an extended stay. It has a private entrance from the pool deck. Guests staying in this suite do not have access to the main house.

The Manatee Point Cottage is a quaint, private 1 bedroom, 1 bath residence with stunning views and access to the Eau Gallie River. Welcome to Zip's Harbour Hideaway! This cozy little beach cottage is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood of Indian Harbour Beach, less than a mile from the beach or the river. We offer the use of a paddle board, kayak, and surfboard, upon request. There are bikes on the property, ready for you to cruise to the beach! We also offer surf lessons, for a small additional fee.
