Rental space is private, downstairs only. Owner lives on-site in a separate upstairs unit. The house is configured as a duplex. The entire home is newly remodeled. Vintage mid-century modern, laid back cumfy beach style home. One short block walk to the beach, located riverfront with a pool in the backyard. Pool is gas heated upon request for a nominal charge. Private dock. 3 bedrooms available, two w queen bed, the other has a king. There is a fourth bed in the den upon request please
