Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The Riverside Bungalow

The Riverside Bungalow bungalow is located on 2 acres of historic land. Built in 1900 & originally known as the Kentucky Military Institute the buildings are over 124 years old. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.
