The cozy Bunk house has kitchen & bath, full bed, full futon & 2 twin Murphy beds if needed. Simple, private & peaceful w/ a stone fire pit & grill. Enjoy sunsets & stars. Time seems to stand still & life becomes more simple & clear w/ just the basics. Wrap up your evening or starting your day w/ a hike over the mesa or down the ravine.. so much wildlife to see & livestock to interact with. ****Long term guests- onsite lady offers laundry service, meals & bag lunches for additional charge.**

The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.

Enjoy close restaurants and local amenities. Large Grocery store with added hardware also. Enjoy the out door patio on a nice Texas day.

Leo and Ofilia’s Bunk House

The Bunk House has a bedroom with two queen beds and a closet. Kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator and coffee pot. Connected table area. Open space with living room and screen tv in bedroom and living room with a DVD player availability. Bathroom with shower and towel available. Very clean built in 2015. We enjoy hosting.
