The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Tent sites available range from primitive locations atop the 1/4 mile long mesa with a 20+ mile view under the stars to groves of mature elm trees in a valley with a stone fire rings or a ravine side site with evergreens, mature elms and water available. Explore down the ravine while finding wild hares in sage brush, turtles, horny toads, petrified wood and more wildflowers than you could imagine all punctuated by picturesque sunrises and sunsets.
