This Charming Home is only 5 blocks to Downtown Appleton with a fenced in yard. (1 friendly dog allowed, no cats please). Downtown Appleton offers many restaurants, boutique shops with one of a kind clothing and items, The Performing Arts Center, bars and coffee shops. You are approximately 8 blocks from the river that has walking trails and 28 miles to Lambeau Field. PLEASE READ: the driveway is shared with house on back of lot and fits 2 cars or a small SUV. Welcome to the Leonards Point Bird House! This newly renovated lake home has all amenities needed for a perfect escape in Oshkosh, WI. You will experience lake views from the south side of Lake Butte Des Morts. For a quieter experience (or louder for the kids) there is a detached bunk house with its own bathroom! The Birdhouse is 10 minutes away from highway 41 and multiple stores for easy access to everything you need. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
