Etagengrösse a je 16 m2.  Hunde sind herzlich willkommen, bitte vorab melden. Kein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Zufahrt möglich (ohne Parkier Möglichkeit - nur Zwischenstopp zum Gepäck ausladen). Details dazu siehe "Zugang für Gäste". Nur geeignet für Personen welche gut zu Fuß sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt im Dorf .

Ein kleiner Garten mit Kinderspielhaus, Palmen und einem gemütlichen Sitzplatz runden das Angebot ab. In nur 5 Minuten (Fussweg) ist der Lago di Lugano erreichbar.
