Petit nid au calme Studio (logement entier )

au sixième étage ,ascenseur, donnant sur une cour très calme.Refait à neuf. Très  « safe » (surtout si vous êtes une femme).J’habite l’immeuble. Idéal pour explorer la ville de Paris, mais aussi notre quartier très parisien et très sympathique. Beaucoup de petits commerces et des transports . Je me ferais un plaisir de vous donner toutes les astuces et de vous conseiller les meilleurs endroits du quartier. Je suis flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ et je peux garder votre bagage.

Appartement charmant sur les buttes Chaumont

Appartement charmant, spacieux et lumineux . Parfait pour un couple. Il est au calme, entouré de verdure et donne sur le beau parc des Buttes Chaumont. Il y fait frais en été et il est chaleureux l'hiver. Il a été rénové récemment avec des matériaux modernes et de qualité. Possibilité de venir avec un enfant. Ou 3ème personne en ajoutant un matelas dans la chambre ou le salon. Linge de lit et de toilette compris. Matériel bébé sur demande. Le quartier compte de nombreux bars et restaurants.

Charmant appartement parisien tout équipé et joliment décoré. En plein cœur du quartier très vivant de Belleville, ce deux-pièces très lumineux offre de jolis points de vue sur le parc de Belleville et l’église de Ménilmontant. Ce quartier bobo-chic très agréable propose une ambiance très parisienne, avec de nombreux cafés, restaurants et animations culturelles. Il s’agit de mon propre appartement : vous aurez l’impression d’être chez vous, pour une expérience typiquement parisienne.
