It is only a few metres walk away from a bus stop, the Black Rock shopping village and the beach. World renowned golf clubs are very close by. The house comprises lounge/dining room with an open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area, three bedrooms (one queen and two doubles), two bathrooms/toilets, laundry, fully enclosed backyard, on site parking.
