With stunning views of Merri River Valley and Warrnambool City Views, you'll fall in love with the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio apartment. There is a great bbq/firepit area. We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Warrnambool Quiet Accommodation 5 min to centre

Cozy room for you to relax after a day sightseeing. Next to golf course, very central. This is a basic room and facilities for an overnight stay. The room has a homely and clean feel, but if you like everything luxury, this place may not be ideal for you. Our family home has recently been built in a quiet cul-de-sac with a private purpose built room for guests with external access. En-suite as well as tea and coffee making facilities with a table and chair to sit at and enjoy the views.

The Cosy Little Beach Shack: Pets are Welcome

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area, less than 1km from the beach. It is situated behind the main residence, 5 blocks from the main street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth and beaches. Around the corner are the Fletcher Jones gardens, a fish + chip shop, a laundromat and a cafe ~Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval. The bed mattress is a Melbourne made firm queen sized, and parking is on the street.

Surrounded by native vegetation and 5 minutes from the beach, Blue Studio is an oasis on the Great Ocean Road. This 144sq. metre, 2 bedroom, architect designed container house, has a spacious deck providing views to garden, birds, wildlife and rolling plains. This cosy house is on a quiet no-through road, which ends at the cliff top overlooking the Southern Ocean. The back beach offers spectacular views of the Bay of Islands Coastal Park. Iconic beaches are 10mins drive away.

We are close to walking tracks and the historic Wollaston Bridge. Pool heated in summer months (Dec-Feb).

We invite you to come join us at 'The Shed on Ziegler'. This studio apartment is tucked at the back of our property. Situated in Allansford, we are a stones throw away from the Great Ocean Road, a short 200 metre walk to the local pub and milk bar, close to the Freckled Duck bakery, a quick drive to the Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory, just down the road is the Warrnambool Speedway and a short 5-10 minute drive to the Warrnambool CBD.

The Studio at Heathbrae is situated 1.5 km from the charming Irish village of Koroit. Located halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, surrounded by beautiful green countryside, walking distance to Tower Hill reserve and a short drive to the hidden gem of Killarney beach. Shearer’s Cottage at Cambus Glen Highlands

Situated on our 170 acre farm “Cambus Glen” near the settlement of Framlingham in South-West Victoria, the Shearers’ Cottage is a fully renovated sheep shearers accommodation. The Scottish name “Cambus Glen” means valley where a twisting river passes - this refers to our 3km of Hopkins River frontage – Scottish because the farm is home to our small fold (or herd) of Highland Cattle.
