This is a self contained studio adjacent to our home - the kitchenette does not include an oven or stovetop however there is a Weber baby BBQ, a toaster, microwave, fridge and sandwich maker. We offer free WiFi and Netflix.

Ideal location, on your doorstep is access to the new lake view elevated board walkway enabling a 5 minute walk to Bar Beach (with seasonal kiosk + BBQ facilities) and 15 minute walk to the main high street. A 5 minute drive away is the Merimbula boardwalk.

Belle Vue apartment, located 1,2km from the town center, has spectacular views overlooking Lake and Bay area, 65 meters above sea level. The boardwalk is just 7 minutes away. You will be greeted with wine and a snack. A light breakfast provided of muesli, milk, toast, butter, jam and honey. This apartment is located beneath the owner’s home. There are 2 long flights of stairs down to the apartment, guests need to be fit.
